People have been spending a lot of time at home due to the ongoing crisis brought to us by the COVID-19. On top of that, there’s also a trending South Korean coffee drink called the Dalgona coffee. It’s been popping all over my newsfeed on Instagram and Facebook.
As a coffee lover myself, I always look for recipes online about coffee and I decided to give this a try.
This amazing recipe is worth the try and I think I’ll be doing this more so often.
DALGONA COFFEE RECIPE
5 Tablespoon Instant Coffee
2 Tablespoon Sugar
2 Tablespoon Hot Water
I don’t have an electric mixer so I whisked to make that froth with a manual whisker for about 5-8minutes.
Ice on a glass and milk then top with the coffee froth.
There you go, Dalgona Coffee.
